Well, summer is definitely over. And, you’ll be spending
more time indoors for the next several months. Around this time every year I
remember one of my favorite things to do is curl up in a quite cozy corner at
home with a good book. If you don’t already have a go to reading nook at home –
you should!
When it comes to creating a reading nook, there are several
key ingredients.
- A comfortable arm chair or chaise lounge
- A small area rug to define space
- A lamp
- One or two end tables
- An ottoman
- A throw blanket or two
- A clock
- And, last but definitely not least, drapes. Preferably something with some texture to make the space feel warm and cozy.
